The room leads into the open plan living area, providing two dining areas, and into the self catering kitchen.

Cancellation
Seven days notice is required to cancel reservations.
Amendments reducing the number of guests or length of stay will be given due consideration if we are notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the management’s sole discretion.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms
Payments
Deposits can be made by debit/credit card or cheque. Cheques should be sent first class post within 24 hours of the booking being made, unless agreed differently. The balance of payment is due on arrival unless prior agreement is made.
