All the rooms have;

Terms and Conditions

• Check-in and check-out.

  Check in is 14:00 to 21:00
• Check out is by 11am
• Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen, and similar parties
• No pets permitted

• Cancellation

  Seven days notice is required to cancel reservations.
• Amendments reducing the number of guests or length of stay will be given due consideration if we are notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the management’s sole discretion.

• Smoking

  Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms

• Payments

  Deposits can be made by debit/credit card or cheque. Cheques should be sent first class post within 24 hours of the booking being made, unless agreed differently. The balance of payment is due on arrival unless prior agreement is made.

• Access

  All the bedrooms are accessed via stairs
